Turkish Super Lig outfit Galatasaray are ready to open talks with French Lig one club Girondins Bordeaux over the transfer of Super Eagles forward Samuel Kalu. Turkish tabloid Sabah Newspaper reported that Galatasaray boss Fathi Terim is interested in bringing the winger to the Telkom arena this summer.

The report added that Samuel Kalu is highly rated by Galatasaray and will make a loan offer to Bordeaux with an option to buy at the end of the season.

Galatasaray officials are expected to meet Bordeaux this week to open negotiations towards a potential transfer. Samuel Kalu is understood to be on a contract with the French side Bordeaux until 2023 and the club will only do business for a fee in the region of €12m.
