Asisat Oshoala is expected to be in action when Barcelona feminine takes on Athletico in one of UEFA women’s champions league quarterfinal game on Friday.

Oshoala has been in good form for the Catalan giants, scoring three goals in their pre-season games, with the lastest strike coming against French side Montpelier.

The 25-year-old Nigerian will attempt to propel Barcelona toward a second straight Champions League final when they take on weakened Atletico Madrid who will be missing five key players for the game.

The game will be played behind closed doors in Bilbao and the Super Falcons captain will be hoping to increase her goal tally in the competition.

The former Arsenal and Liverpool forward have good memories of playing in the competition, last season she helped Barcelona reach the final and came off the bench to score their consolation goal in the defeat to Lyon.

She also became the first African woman to score in a European Cup final.
