Henry Onyekuru has celebrated AS Monaco’s hard-fought win against Metz in their French Ligue 1 clash on Sunday.

Onyekuru was in action from start as Monaco beat their hosts 1 – 0 at the Stade Saint-Symphorien, Henry.

Onyekuru was however replaced by Jean Eudes Aholou in the 57th minute, but Benoît Badiashile’s goal on the 23 minutes was enough to seal the three points.

Onyekuru was happy with the result and he congratulated the team and fans for their first win of the season.

“First win of the season! New year, new challenge. Take care of yourselves ⚪️🔴🤟🏽 ” he posted on social media.

Onyekuru and his teammates will now turn their attention to next weekend clash against Nantes at St Louis II.
