Odion Ighalo was not included in the Manchester United matchday squad for their embarrassing home defeat to Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday. Ighalo who started in the Manchester United league cup win over Brighton and Hove Albion on Wednesday was not picked by Solskjaer for the second visit of Jose Mourinho.
The former Nigerian international is struggling to recapture the form that saw become crowd favorite after scoring five goals in four starts a few weeks after arriving at the club last season.
Odion Ighalo who was also missing from the matchday squad at Brighton last weekend is behind Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, and Mason Greenwood in the pecking order and some reports claimed Solskjaer could allow him to leave when his loan deal expires in December.
