The return of Premier League football after the end-season breaks comes as a welcome relief to most fans across the globe.

The Premier League is the most exciting football event in the world, and most players want to be part of it, including Nigerian players.

Many Nigerian players have made a good mark in the English Premier League in terms of goals, clinching titles and acrobatic celebrations.

Here is the list of the four Super Eagles stars who will be making their Premier League debut this season :

Frank Onyeka (Brentford FC) :

Frank Onyeka signed for Brentford from Danish side Midtjylland last month.

The midfielder is currently in good shape, and he’s expected to make his first Premier League appearance for the Club against Arsenal later today.

William Troost-Ekong (Watford) :

The 27-year-old signed for Watford last summer, and he helped the Hornets gained immediate promotion back to the Premier League.

Ekong will be in Watford’s squad for the opening game against the Aston Villa on Saturday.

Oghenekaro Etebo (Watford) :

Oghenekaro Etebo is returning to English Football after spending last season on loan at Turkish Süper Lig Club Galatasaray.

He joined Watford FC on a season long loan from Championship side Stoke City, and he is an expected to help the Hornets retain their Premier League status this season.

Emmanuel Dennis (Watford) :

The striker is the fourth Nigerian at Watford,, and he joined the team this summer from Belgian Jupiler League Club side Club Brugge.

The 23-year-old is in the squad for the game against Aston Villa, although he’s not expected to be in the starting eleven.
