Ahmed Musa is delighted to win his 100th cap for Nigeria men senior national football team, Super Eagles.

Musa achieved the success after playing a part in Super Eagles 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers victory over Cape Verde on Tuesday.

The Nigerian skipper was handed a starting role by coach Gernot Rohr and he was substituted later in the second half of the encounter.

Reacting to the achievement, Musa expresses gratitude to everyone, including his family, teammates and all the coaches.

“100 Caps! I thank Almighty Allah, my family, team mates, the NFF, my fans and supporters of our great Super Eagles.”

“Without you, this feat would’ve been unachievable. Thanks” He wrote on his Twitter handle.

Musa become the latest player to reach the number of appearance in the colors of Super Eagles, after Joseph Yobo and Vincent Enyeama.
