Defender Kenneth Omeruo says one of his dreams, is to feature at the Olympics game with Nigeria.
Omeruo is currently the longest serving players in the Super Eagles, after Captain Ahmed Musa and has been representing Nigeria at major tournaments since 2011.
The Leganes is one of the few players who have represented Nigeria at the FIFA U17, U20, two senior World Cup and one FIFA Confederation Cup.
In chat with William Troost-Ekong’s YouTube channel, the said, he want to compete at the Olympics with Nigeria, despite all his achievements.
“One of my dreams is to play at the Olympics, the next one would be in 2023 “
“I would be 29 or 30 year old by then, but I still want to play at the games,” he told Ekong.
Omeruo was part of the Super Eagles squad that won the African Cup of Nations in 2013 and the team that finished third in Egypt 2019.
