Wilfred Ndidi returned from injury as he played a role in Leicester City’s Europa League game against Spatak Moscow on Thursday.

Ndidi has been out of action since picking up hamstring injury against Burnley on September 22nd.

The midfielder returned to training last week and was named among the substitutes for the Premier League clash with Arsenal over the weekend.

Ndidi was given his first taste of action in over three week when he replaced Spanish midfielder Ayoze Perez on the 56th minute.

The game ended in a 1-1 draw with Victor Moses and Daniel Amartey scoring for both side.

Meanwhile, Ndidi who missed the last seven games for Club and country is now in contention for a starting belt for weekend’s game against Leeds United at Elland Road.
