Super Eagles striker Anthony Nwakaeme is attracting interest from Saudi Arabian Premier League club Al Nassr and top Turkish sides.

The former Hapoel Beer Sheva’s striker has less than one year left on his contract with Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor and he is yet to reach an agreement over a new deal.

According to reports, The 32-year-old is demanding a three-year contract and annual salary in the region of €2m from Trabzonspor and is ready to run down his contract if his terms aren’t met.

Trabzonspor has made a bright start to the 2021-2022 Turkish Super Lig campaign — with Nwakaeme one of the players behind their blistering form. He has contributed six and four assists in 15 appearances across all competitions for Trabzonspor this season.

Al Nassr has now shown interest in the striker and hoping to convince him to join them. Fenerbahce and Galatasaray are also monitoring his situation, yet to make official contact with his agent.

He joined Trabzonspor in the summer of 2018 from Apoel Beer Sheva and has scored over 50 goals for them. He also won the Turkish Cup with the Istanbul-based team.
